The tools behind the drinks
Eight simple tools cover every recipe here. Each tool page explains what it does, how to use it, and which drinks need it.
A few useful habits
- Measure carefully, use fresh citrus, and chill the glass.
- Ice adds water as well as cold. A shake or stir time is a starting point, because the size and condition of your ice also change the result.
- Taste the drink before changing it, then change one thing and taste again.
