Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy something through one, Whisky & Ember may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
What that does not change. No recipe, specification, technique or piece of equipment guidance on this site is influenced by whether a product carries a commission. Recipes are built from published sources and structural reasoning, and they are written before any product is attached to them. A tool is recommended because it does a job correctly, and the reason it is recommended is stated on its page. If the best answer to a question is a tool we earn nothing from, or no tool at all, that is the answer you will get.
What we recommend. Equipment listed here is equipment used in practice. Where something has not been tested directly, that is stated on the page rather than implied otherwise.
Where these links appear. Affiliate links appear only on this website. They are not placed in downloadable guides, emailed material, or printed matter.
Programs. Whisky & Ember participates in affiliate programs including the Amazon Associates Program. Prices and availability shown are accurate as of the time indicated and are subject to change; the price and availability displayed at the time of purchase is the one that applies.
Questions. If anything here is unclear, or you think a recommendation reads as commercially influenced, say so through the contact page. That feedback is worth more than the commission.
